• Quotes are valid for a limited time as stated in the quote.

• Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit, as outlined in your invoice.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made via accepted methods listed in your invoice.

• Late payments may result in order delays or cancellation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We coordinate delivery with third-party carriers.

• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery or pickup.

• Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery and reporting issues within 48 hours.

5. Returns & Cancellations

• As a wholesale supplier, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Returns may be accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect orders, subject to restocking fees.

• Cancellation after order processing may result in non-refundable charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Delays beyond our control (e.g., shipping, supplier delays)

• Installation errors or damage caused during installation

• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products
